At Lazy Hips, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Return Window

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days upon receiving the item(s).

• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

General Conditions

• We accept returns only if items are in good condition.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, damage, or holes.

• All return and exchange shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Refunds (Item Return Only)

If you would like a refund only:

• The item(s) must be sent back to our provided return address within the allowed return window.

• Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect and confirm that they are in good condition.

• After approval, we will issue a refund for the item price only.

• Shipping fees are not included in the refund.

• Items that fail inspection will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

• The original item(s) must be returned within 2 days of receipt, at the buyer’s expense.

• After returning the item(s), you must place a new order on our website for the replacement item.

• This ensures we have a proper record of what item has been dispatched.

• All shipping fees (return and new order) are paid by the buyer.

• We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated above.

• Items returned without prior notice or outside the return window may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
